Hi I’m Susan Walker, Broker/Owner
Born in Florida, I raised my family in Clermont and now reside in Inverness. I hold a bachelor’s degree in business and accounting, which laid the foundation for my disciplined, numbers-driven approach to real estate.
I earned my license in 1998 and spent over 13 years in the commercial development industry, conducting due diligence on multimillion-dollar properties and navigating complex transactions with precision.
After a long tenure in real estate, I owned a successful title company for 17 years, mentoring other realtors in their successes while keeping my real estate license active throughout. I sold the title company in 2022, leveraging the equity, experience, and relationships I had built.
In 2025, I launched my own real estate brokerage, continuing to serve clients with integrity, market insight, and a client-first mindset.

Jo Lynn Nicholson
For over 22 years, Jo Lynn Nicholson has proudly called Clermont, Florida home, where she and her husband raised their two boys. With more than 12 years of experience in real estate, combined with a strong background in the title industry, Jo Lynn brings extensive knowledge of the real estate process, contracts, closings, and customer service to every client she works with.
Her professional background has always centered on serving others. Jo Lynn began her career with The Walt Disney Company before spending more than 23 years as an international flight attendant with United Airlines. Those experiences helped shape her strong communication skills, attention to detail, and passion for creating exceptional client experiences.
In addition to her real estate experience, Jo Lynn has worked closely with Realtors and industry professionals through educational classes, marketing support, and community involvement. She currently serves as an Ambassador and Board Member for the South Lake Chamber of Commerce and a member of The Women’s Giving Alliance. She is passionate about supporting local businesses and the community she serves.

Michell Middleton
Michell Middleton has called Central Florida home for nearly 30 years and has built a distinguished career as an award-winning, multifaceted REALTOR specializing in commercial, residential, and leasing services. Since the beginning of her real estate career, her expertise and dedication have consistently made her a multimillion-dollar producer. Michell believes clear, consistent communication is the foundation of exceptional client service, and she is committed to helping every client feel informed, supported, and confident throughout the process.
Beyond real estate, Michell is deeply passionate about community service. She is a member of Leadership Lake and the Golden Triangle Rotary and has proudly served as president of both organizations. She also currently serves on the Executive Board of The Lake 100, continuing her long-standing commitment to leadership and giving back to the community she loves.
Michell has been married to her husband, Harlow, for 28 years. Together, they have five children and 14 grandchildren. In her spare time, Michell and Harlow enjoy traveling and have visited more than 40 countries, bringing a broad perspective and deep appreciation for people and places into both her personal life and professional relationships.

Having called Lake County home for more than 40 years — with adventures living in Germany and Australia along the way — Linda brings a unique mix of local knowledge, life experience, and professionalism to every client relationship.
Before real estate, Linda dedicated many years to public service, including working with the Federal Bureau of Prisons, serving as a trained Hostage Negotiator, and working with the State of Florida Department of Agriculture overseeing regulatory programs throughout Central Florida. She also served on Florida’s Emergency Response Team alongside Homeland Security during critical response operations.
Today, Linda combines that same calm-under-pressure mindset, strong communication skills, and people-first approach to help buyers, sellers, investors, and business owners navigate real estate with confidence.
